MAWA OPEN COMPETITIVE TOURNAMENTS
- Typically for wrestlers with at least one year of prior experience, however, anyone can enter these events
- Wrestlers register for these events independently via a credit card in accordance with directions on each flyer
- District events are held in the northeast United States between Maine and Virginia, and as far west as western Pennsylvania, the top three persons in each district the move to one of four regional tournaments
- Districts are held in March
- Regional events (four of them) are held in early April, the top four wrestlers from these events then move to the northeast championships held in early May at Salisbury Maryland.
