Practice will start the week of November 14, 2022

• SILVER ROOM (primarily 3 - 5 Grades, ~40 - 80 pounds, 0 - 2 years experience)

  • ​Head coach - Tom Harris
  • Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:00 - 8:30 PM beginning Tuesday, November 15
  • Practices are at John Champe High School 
  • Note: for the 2022 - 2023 season we are combing Silver and Gold Room
  • Practices for the 2022-2023 season have concluded.

• GOLD ROOM (primarily 6th - 8th Grades. ~70 - 175 pounds, 0 - 2 years experience)

  • Head coach – Tom Harris
  • Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:00 - 8:30 PM beginning Tuesday, November 15
  • Practices are at John Champe High School
  • Note: for the 2022 - 2023 season we are combing Silver and Gold Room

• BLUE ROOM (primarily 5th - 8th Grades. ~70 - 175 pounds, 2+ years experience)

  • Head coach - Vince Giglotti
  • Advanced wrestles of all ages my be granted by contacting the head coach and/or commissioner
  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 6:00 - 7:30 PM
  • Practices are at Independence High School. Please enter and exit through door D2 on the side of the building.
  • Practices for the 2022 - 2023 season have concluded.
